I want to send analytics events and alarms from external services to my XProtect server, but i have problem while creating alarms definition from XProtect Management Client. Error : ‘Error while connecting to event server…’. About events i can send some analytics and userDefined Events successfully.
If you have a problem that you cannot create alarm definitions while using the Management Client, it must be a general issue, rather than an integration you have developed, that is not working as intended.
