Update Manager error: "Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream"

I’ve Milestone 2022 R3, all components ina single server, and want to install the new great Update Manager in the same server.

NOTE: we have the encryption feature disabled for recording server.

The update manager don’t allow the user to disable the encryption (bad choice for me) so I’ve followed the guide to create a CA and a CERTIFICATE on the server.

After that the update manager see the certificate during the installation but when i start it and insert the server name it cant connect and say:

Server connection failed.

The ssl connection could not be established see inner exception.

The inner exception is:

Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream.

Any idea?
