Upgrade from 2014 (7.0d) to 2017 R1

Hello!

We are developing a custom solution on the MIP SDK (Windows .NET C# code) for a customer on their current version which is 2014 (7.0d).

They are planning to move to the new 2017 R1 in the near future and are concerned about not loosing existing functionality.

Where can I find details about what has been changed with regards to API functionality going from 2014 7.0d to 2017 R1? Has there been any significant changes done?

Milestone maintains compatibility between versions like discribed in the article:

Only in case of an issue / bug will your integration break when your customer upgrades.
