Upgrade mobile server to 2018 problem port comunication 8000

hello, we have updated the entire infrastructure to the 2018 expert version I encounter a problem after updating to the 2018 version of the mobile server. any port I enter the default is (8000) the service does not start saying port used by another application, if I do in down grade to the 2016 and 2017 r3 version the application works. this happens on the two mobile servers. tested even without a physical firewall and ips, but the problem persists. the strange thing is that with the 2017 r3 version there are no problems with the doors. can it be a bug? the same funnel door
