Video export Unable to connect to toolkit! and Recorder offline error

Hi,

We can export the videos some computers.

In Windows 10 Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.928) working

In Windows Server 2012 R2 Version 6.3 (Build 9600) working

In Windows Server 2019 Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.107) not working

What is the prerequisites for video export? Is it require any dll or package?

Dotnet fw 4.8, Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 - 2019 Redistiributable x86 - x64 are installed in Windows Server 2019.

I install MIP SDK2020 too but it doesnt work. I tried to execute Export Sample project same error has occurred.

We can get camera list, live rtsp url etc. in Server 2019.

If you do not include the right set of dependent files, the result will be that your application will fail. Can you verify that you copied all dependent dlls from the Bin folder?

I can run sample application in windows 10 and server 2012. But it didn’t run server 2019. I’m starting builded application in all environments. I didn’t copy any file to sample project folder.

I think this issue is releated with pc

Can you please check if you in the three scenarios are testing with the same camera in the same XProtect VMS, using the same user and exporting the same period? Are there any differences between them?

Camera, credentials, vms, exporting periods etc. all the same. There are no differences between them.

If installing Smart Client in this Windows Server 2019 server. Can the Smart Client connect to the same XProtect VMS host and can it export or do you see the same error?

The client OS is Windows Server 2019 where it fails, what is the common host you have used for the three scenarios? (Windows OS and XProtect product and version?)
