the problem in the following:

when exporting the episode, after “information from the server”

with shows, click “Export” button

there is an error “failed to initialize the video stream can not connect to the source”

here in the forum I found a description of this type of problem

One idea: Is the PC out of sync (on time) with the server? Is the camera out of sync?

I assume you use the Smart Client and export in Milestone format?

If you move the start of the export forward one frame, does it maek a difference?
