Video Playback problem in iOS app

Client Version Milestone Mobile 2016 R2 (10.1.3)

iOS Version 9.3.2

When attempting to review archive video in the app, I click on the clock icon to bring up the time and date selector. I navigate to a time, which in this case is 12:17:00 AM. The video feed starts playing at 12:17:00 PM. I have navigated to previous days and the same thing happens. The hour selector has 1-12 as choices 4 times (i.e. it loops through the scroll wheel 4 times from 1-12, so perhaps this is a bug that is keeping it from navigating to am hours.

Jason, this sounds indeed very strange.

I have spoke to some testers, they do not recognize the effect. I think the best way to proceed is to create a support case. Please provide the following evidence on top of the details in your post:

- server version

- the configured time zone on both server and client

- screenshots of the iPhone

Thank you for the reply. My reseller has submitted a ticket.

I have found that it only happens when you are trying to review video from 12am to 12:59 am. If you access video from 1am on, it works fine.

Pls let me (out of curiosity) know them MSC number.
