The same code works for many sites, but in one site we get this behaviour, SendMessage takes over 60 seconds and alarms are not shown on SmartClient

What product and version is XProtect?

Please investigate if the Event Server is using extraordinary much memory or other resources (leak)? If you restart the Event Server does the issue go away temporarily but gets back after a time? Does it gradually get worse over time? Does memory consumption increase over time?

Is this a very large system setup? Will you be doing very many messages in your integration (how frequent)?

If you have any idea how this one site is different compared to the others where your integration works fine? (If you have ideas this might prove most helpful in how to best proceed.)
