VMO61008 . Smart Client disconnects on all work stations every now and then

Every now and then the connected smart clients disconnects and all camersa will go blank. while checking the eventlogs in management server i got the following error: Error validating credentials: domain\username. with error: VMO61008. Yo dont have sufficient permissions to complete the operation. But if we wait for say 10 - 20 mins it will automatically resume. We checked the network logs and there is no network interruption. at the same time a basic user is able to login in smartclient. seems to be affecting only the domain users.
