We are experiencing an issue with the VPS while sending metadata from app on board of smart cameras. The live video stream on XProtect 2023 R3 frequently disconnects without providing back to the application any error.
By analyzing the communication through wireshark it seems that the app continues to send the stream (video and metadata) even if the VPS shows that it is disconnected.
We discovered that on the latest release notes you suggested to move to NVIDIA AI Bridge, but it is only possibile on NVIDIA based platforms, while we are running on board of the cameras where it is not possible to use the bridge.
Are there any suggestions to address the issue?
