When we are using alarmClient.UpdateAlarm(aAlarm.Id, “”, 4, 1, DateTime.UtcNow, “”); It crash. You can see the details from attached screenshot, thank you in advance.

System Licence feature “ManageAlarms” is not enabled. That’s why you get crashing.

What Andreja is saying in other words is that XProtect Essential+ does not support alarm management..

I am guessing that this means that your integration will not work for customer using XProtect Essential+.
