We have an integration of which the client cannot see our integration's alarms in the Alarm Manager.

We have only one client for which this happens, on Milestone XProtect 2021 R1. The devices show on the map, and they’ve got alarm circles around the devices which have alarms. The SQL database is on SQL Express and is not oversized, and it seems in the logs we create in the plugin that the alarm is added.

However, it does not show in the Alarm Manager at all. How should I solve this dilemma? Is there any setting in Milestone where you can hide the alarms themselves and they still show on the map as circles?

Let me ask you a few questions.

What kind of user are you using and is the user in Administrator group?

Can you please verify that you configure a correct alarm definition in Management Client?

Can you see events in the evets list in Smart Client? (Click Setup → Alarm Manager → select List → select Events in the properties)
