We send from a mobile device (not an IP camera) detected license plate information via analytics in JSON format. Is this possible with the XProtect LPR add-on?

Using a mobile device means i.A. we do not have an RTSP stream and have a few questions:

  1. With that new XProtect API calls we have found out that it is possible to check Plates captured, against the lists defined in XProtect API gateway. How do we register our, non-streaming LPR end device to Xprotect as an LPR resource?
  2. Is there a pulse that we can use to keep the connection alive in a session?
  3. With which attributes are we supposed to include when ingesting LPR reads via POST?
  4. Is it possible to get check a plate number against a list on XProtect LPR side and then receive a response back whether the plate matches a number on the list?
