Weather the below functionality is supported and will work in all the flavors/variant :-

  1. Milestone Professional+
  2. Milestone Expert+
  3. Milestone Corporate
  4. Milestone Essential+

Functionality::

  1. In the Web-Socket based Events subscription (ESS), Ability to receive alarm state updates i.e. when some user acknowledges and alarms in Milestone system a notification should be received.
  2. Ability to acknowledge/clear an alarm of Milestone through methods in Web-Socket based Events subscription (ESS).

For completeness Milestone also markets Milestone XProtect Express+.

Milestone XProtect Essential+ lacks the Alarm Manager functionality, which means that acknowledging an alarm doesn’t make sense in that version. All other versions should be fine for this purpose.

I am trying the option to get the Alarm status changes notification in the Wed Socket ESS using Professional+ System. I am not able to find an “AlarmChanged” event type to get the alarms’s statu changes, I have fully referred the page Milestone XProtect Events and Status WS API Reference.

In the above the events filter accepts only GUID s of event types and there is no Event Type for “AlarmChanged” and not able to receive/set any alarm state changes.

Can you help/redirect to see where we can receive the alarm state change updates through the ESS Events Web Socket channel.
