We have an AXIS camera (P5655-E) that is setup in Xprotect and we are attempting to control it via an ONVIF controller application by sending PTZ commands via the Open Network Bridge.
We are witnessing huge zoom jumps when sending a `relativeMove` PTZ command. Any value for the zoom vector seems to zoom in our out by the maximum amount.
Looking into XProtect, we noticed that the PTZ Zoom Step was set to 10. We had to set it to 1 to get our zoom to work correctly.
What is the purpose of the PTZ Zoom Step setting?
It appears to act as a multiplier for the vector value sent in the OnVif command. If so, why is it set to 10 by default?
