Being a fan of open standards, have you thought about making your integration points a standard that others can use? Then a partner may code to the standard and have an integration work on several platforms. ONVIF is a good example. A metdata standard would also be beneficial.
Thanks Will. As discussed in our conference, Milestone has chosen to be a core member of standards committees to date rather than to create our own. For example, we leverage ONVIF compatibility extensively for video, events, and even metadata. We are also engaged with OSSA and will continue to push into standards where it makes sense.
