I have a SCADA/PLC system in which we have a map with various devices on it including cameras. When you tap a camera on the map screen, it brings up that particular camera in the Milestone Matrix window. Even if the camera is PTZ or has zoom functionality, it does not have capability to do either function in the Matrix window (the cameras with these functions work fine when in a regular view window or Smart Wall window). Is there any way to enable this feature in the Matrix?
The Matrix view-item in the Smart Client has very reduced functionality compared to the regular camera view-item. You cannot enable further functionality or features. What you ask unfortunately isn’t possible.
