Is it a normal behavior that when using the sdk and doing a getsequence for all camera recordings we don’t get the list of videos if the camera is offline?
if we open the normal xprotect client, we can see the recorded video.

I just tried with the TCP Video VIewer protocol sample from the SDK and it shows the sequences just fine even though I shut down the camera before running it.
Could you please try with the sample? And if that does not work please let us know what version of the VMS you are using, and confirm that the camera is just offline and not disabled in the VMS.
it seems this is an issue on 2018 R3 but was fixed in later version. is there anyway to apply a hotfix or something for older systems? its a huge undertaking to upgrade them all to 2020 quickly.
Can you please let us know what specific method you are using for getting the sequences? It will make it easier for us to find any relevant fixes and look into whether a hotfix can be made for 2018 R3.
