Where can I find previous version of SDK for which the libraries were built against .net framework 4 instead of 4.5?

Application in which my component will get ultimately imported to doesn’t handle importing controls which were targeted for .net framework version 4.5 but seems to do fine for version 4.0.

I find that MIP SDK 2016R3 introduced use of 4.5

Is the above link for x86 or x64 platform or both? If it is for x64, can you provide one for x86?
