Where has the community forum gone?

Hi!

Just wondering where the community forum that existed on address: https://supportcommunity.milestonesys.com/ has gone?

Which you also could find from the main web-site

The Support Community as a public technical support forum does no longer exist. Please use technical support cases found here if you have questions concerning the XProtect VMS.

This is under a login, so if you do not get there try the following steps instead:

  1. Go to https://www.milestonesys.com/

  2. Log in, then select XProtect. From there, you will have access to the Packs and the Support section.

  3. In the menu, choose the support option you need.

So you shut down the support community, then redirect us to go to https://support.milestonesys.com/ but when you visit that link for support cases an error is displayed.

i get the same error as you!

really a shame that they closed the community forum… there was so much knowledge there and information….

the support section is only for partners and alike now, no end users from what i have read so far, had to re-register, apply for partner (i’m an installer) and now ill just hope for Milestone to accept me as a installer/partner..
