Where to find the online course for SDK

Hi there.

We have a new developer who wants to do the course on using the MIP SDK. When clicking on

It goes to the main e-learning site that does not include the MIP SDK course. Please advise on how to access it directly.

Please go to Milestone Learning and Performance page (Milestone Learning and Performance (bluevolt.com)) and login and then search “SDK”.

Then you will get 3 courses as results - Getting Started with the MIP SDK, Developing MIP SDK Component Integrations, and Developing MIP SDK Plug-in Integrations.

Thank you for getting back to me on this. I am not sure why but when I search for SDK I get 0 hit:

Is there an access issue that needs to be sorted?

Does this link work for you? https://go.bluevolt.com/Milestone/s/coursecatalog

If it works, please go to Retired Courses and click it. I hope you will find three courses there.

Hi Rie Kito,

Thank you for answering. Yes, that link takes me to the page below but there is nothing called “Retired Courses”"

Is there a direct link to the three courses that you can copy here please?

Can you please try to see if the following link works? https://go.bluevolt.com/Milestone/s/coursedetail/89591/getting-started-with-the-mip-sdk

When I click on the link you sent I get:

Seems like there are different access levels.

I will ask Milestone e-Learning team so let me get back to you later.

That would be great. Thank you in advance.

I got a reply from e-Learning team saying that the three MIP SDK courses was too old, so that’s why the courses were terminate. Milestone will start considering having a new MIP SDK learning, but it is not possible to say when/how unfortunately.

I am very sorry for it and for now there is no e-Learning.

Alternatively, let me suggest 2 things.

1. See MIP SDK Document - https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/index.html?base=content_0.html&tree=tree_home.html

and start from Getting started - https://doc.developer.milestonesys.com/html/index.html?base=content_4.html&tree=tree_4.html

2. Download samples, there are 3 types, Plugin, Component and Protocol and play with the samples. https://github.com/milestonesys

It might be impossible to see all samples because it is too many. So here is recommended samples https://developer.milestonesys.com/s/article/exploring-the-MIP-SDK-recommended-top-SDK-samples

I hope those could be helpful for your new developer.
