We are upgrading our Milestone Integration to use the MIP SDK Version 2025R1.
Are there any issues we should be aware of when trying to connect to older Milestone VMS systems? Are there any features that will not work in the new sdk?
Generally no. There are unavoidably cases where you cannot use a new feature added to the XProtect VMS or the MIP SDK, because the XProtect VMS older version doesn’t support it.
