Motion detection only works at the top of the camera video and I cannot cover the entire field in the detection.
Try updating the device pack to version 9.3a
Adjust the detection settings in different ways from the milestone administrator, including the entire video field
Even reinstall the software, as a comment the recording service was working with the detection without problems, now I have a lot of loss of recording.
