Why is it asking for auto-detect when I try to replace hardware?

I’m using Milestone 2020 R2 and trying to replace a camera. I’m going from an Axis Q6044-E PTZ to a Q6075-E PTZ. When the system prompted for the device driver I set it to Axis 1 Channel PTZ device, but it maintained the Q6044-E as the model when added. So, I tried replacing the hardware and having it Auto-Detect. However, when I click that option, I get the following pop-up: “Select a driver or select Auto-detect to automatically detect a driver.”

I don’t know why it’s not liking “Auto-detect” or actually updating to the correct driver for that camera. I do have the drivers installed on my system. I have other cameras of the newer model (Q6075-E) that are assigning the correct driver. Have also rebooted. Suggestions?

Thanks,

Stephanie
