XProtect Corporate: error in Connect xml command to Image Server

I’m running Xprotect Corporate on Windows 2016 Server. I’ve secured a fresh new token from the management server, established a connection with tcp server on port 7563 and submitted a connect xml command, followed by 13-10-13-10:

Are you by chance somehow sending two requests?
