XPROTECT EXPRESS: DOES NOT record !

The software displays but DOES NOT record, I have checked the camera settings and the recording preceed is inserted, both the Recording and the Archiving ones, but there are no data inside the Archives folder.

By the way, when data is recorded in the Archives folder? When do they reach a certain size or when does the date change? Other ?

What could be the reason?
