We have recently noticed that users are unable to access the XProtect Mobile server via the Mobile App. They are however able to access it via a web browser.
When I attempted to test the connection using CMD Prompt and TelNet, I get the following:
“…Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed”
I am not very familiar with the mobile server as I am taking over this system from a previous admin who departed the company.
I have been reviewing the mobile server logs and have noticed that everytime I attempt to sign in via the XProtect Mobile App, I get the following entry:
ServerConfigurationItem ():Cannot make a call on this channel because a call to Open() is in progress.
