PTZ functionality does not work for 2021 R2.We have two environments 2020R1 (ptz works) and 2021R2 (ptz does not work).No errors caught, all calls are made from our side.We use 2019 SDK. Could it be an issue?How to troubleshoot this issue?

Our ONVIF Bridge Shinobi client cannot use PTZ functionality to control cameras. Using the XProtect SmartClient, PTZ camera control works fine. Shinobi gets a "Check your connection details" error. Where can we get more debug info?
